What our students say
"... By working collaboratively with each other, we can create unique ideas, make new connections and instigate positive changes that will further enhance the overall student experience while also fostering the close community we have here in RCSI."
"Staff partners allowed me to contribute to the planning and execution of initiatives throughout the year. The result: a vibrant and collaborative work space of equitable partnership where I felt heard, had mutual trust, and was treated as a colleague."
"Engaging together doesn't just expose the students and researchers to the governance and processes within the University, it also provides the staff with novel insights and feedback ..."
" ... The StEP funding we received allowed us to develop the programme beyond our original expectations. The project ran smoothly which, in my opinion, was down to the combination of skills and determination offered by everyone involved."
